First off, my name is peter cosmas sofronas. Currently, I am 33 years of age. I currently live in Lynn, Massachusetts, just north of Boston.

I have lived here since May, 2001 when a ten month stint to Kansas City ended.

I grew up and spent most of my life in a small town next to Lynn called Swampscott.

If you're from the immediate area, you may have heard of it. Otherwise, its only real claim to fame is a mention in the episode of the Brady Bunch where Buddy Hinton is teasing Cindy about her lisp. During the course of the show, Mrs. Carol Brady mentions that she too had a lisp when growing up, only it was worse for her

because she grew up in Thwampthcott, Mathachthetths -- or Swampscott, Massachusetts for those of you who are lisp impaired.

Needless to say, watching that as a kid completely blew my mind. I felt like I was suddenly famous, but not really. Y'know, in an Andy Warhol fifteen seconds sort of way.

Anyway, enough of that nonsense. Either you have heard of Swampscott, or you haven't.
